The Challenge

NY Fold is a new pizza brand in London, with plans to grow UK wide. They wanted to communicate with their social media audience across Instagram, Facebook & Twitter and needed a cohesive strategy and approach.

Another key to the brief was bespoke content. Whatever was posted online must be inline with the brand values of NY Fold and echo their voice.

Strategy

As social media is all about engagement, our team created a daily strategy that focusses on different parts of NY Fold’s business throughout the week.

The content is always fresh and contemporary and on brand.

Standout concepts include the hugely popular #freepizzafriday and #pizzaquotes.

Eye-catching Content

Our design team constantly looks at the most innovative ways to engage with online audiences and in this case worked hard to create a suite of bespoke GIFS, Videos and Graphics that literally jump off the page.

Along with these tried and tested rich media formats, we also embraced 360 video, giving the viewer a true sense of what it’s like to be in NY Fold’s London restaurant, even if they are over the other side of the world.

Our content has proven to be highly sharable and delivered an experience that surpassed all expectations.

Results

We continue to execute a solid social media management strategy for NY Fold, delivering more followers and higher engagement – along with a cohesive look and feel. On average our video content alone has driven views by 600% on facebook alone.
